The TP-Link Archer BE550 offers a value entry point into Wi-Fi 7 with five dedicated 2.5Gbps multi-gigabit Ethernet ports.
While real-world testing shows strong multi-story throughput above 500Mbps, 6GHz signal drops notably through walls and the 2×2 5GHz band offers minimal boost for older Wi-Fi 6 devices.
Be sure to update to firmware 1.1.1 immediately to resolve early community-reported dropout bugs.
